Ceremony settings

Two outdoor ceremony sites

Open pasture views at the Arch Meadow, or the quiet seclusion of Emberwood Pavilion. If the weather turns, your ceremony moves indoors to LumeCrown Hall.

Pasture-view ceremony lawn

The Arch Meadow

Say your vows on an open lawn set on slightly higher ground. Behind the ceremony pergola, the horse pastures and wide countryside views stretch into the distance. It's at its best at golden hour.

Secluded ceremony hollow

Emberwood Pavilion

Tucked into a sheltered hollow with the forest beyond, Emberwood feels like a quiet little world of its own. A paver promenade leads from the Bridal Suite to a ceremony lawn with a pavilion and fire pit.

Larry and Tina laid the paver promenade and fire pit themselves. About the farm

Indoor barn reception hall

LumeCrown Hall

A restored barn, now a climate-controlled, 2,400-square-foot reception hall that keeps its rustic character and adds modern comforts. It doubles as your indoor ceremony space.

  • Lighting built for weddings. Preset scenes shift the mood from ceremony to dinner to dancing, and the light keeps skin tones natural in photos and video.
  • Built-in audio and video. A sound system for the ceremony, speeches, first dance and dinner music, plus a large TV screen for a photo slideshow or video.
  • A bar for your bartending service.

Porches, three-season room and patio

The hall opens up on all four sides. Including the restrooms, that's more than 5,200 sq ft of covered space, so your celebration can carry on rain or shine.

  • Covered porches run along the front and back of the hall.
  • Three-season room: 1,300 sq ft under a vaulted wood ceiling, with two big ceiling fans and clear vinyl windows that close against wind and rain. Plenty of room for buffet stations, a dessert table or a photo booth.
  • Open-air patio: 1,600 sq ft on the other side of the hall.

Restrooms and butler's pantry

Real, climate-controlled restrooms, finished like the rest of the hall. They sit in their own wing off the back porch, on the same level as the hall, so guests never walk far or step outside.

  • Restrooms: men's, women's, an ADA-accessible family restroom and a private shower room for the wedding party.
  • Butler's pantry with a sink and refrigerator, where your caterer and bar team can prep and store supplies.
