Host your event at Evergreen Farm
A private, family-owned 225-acre estate about 25 minutes from downtown Charlottesville, under an hour from Richmond and about 2 hours from Washington, D.C. We host corporate retreats and team events, milestone celebrations and family reunions for up to 150 guests.

LumeCrown Hall
A restored, climate-controlled barn, 2,400 sq ft, with built-in lighting and sound, a bar and a large TV screen. It opens onto covered porches, a 1,300 sq ft three-season room and a 1,600 sq ft patio: more than 5,200 sq ft of covered space in all.
Climate-controlled restrooms and a butler's pantry sit in their own wing off the back porch.
Rent it by the half day (4 hours) or the full day (8 hours). Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
Up to 50 guests
Grand Sunrise Deck
1,800 sq ft facing east, with treetop views, a gazebo, a built-in bar and a serving counter. Soft light in the morning and shade in the afternoon.
Rent it for up to 4 hours for a dinner, a birthday or a team gathering. If it rains, you can move into LumeCrown Hall, when available, at the hall rate.
Three-Season Room
1,300 sq ft under a vaulted wood ceiling, with big fans and clear vinyl windows. Room for a buffet, a dessert table or a photo booth.
The Residence · up to 10 overnight
Stay on site: a 7,000 sq ft home with five bedrooms for up to 10 guests, plus two pickleball courts and parking for 150.
What's included
Two ways to rent
LumeCrown Hall rents by the half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours). The Grand Sunrise Deck rents for up to 4 hours. Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
LumeCrown Hall rental
- Exclusive use of the hall with its lighting, sound, bar and large TV screen, plus the porches, three-season room and patio
- Tables and chairs for up to 150
- Butler's pantry, restrooms and parking
Grand Sunrise Deck rental
- Exclusive use of the deck, its gazebo and built-in bar
- Tables and chairs for up to 50
- Butler's pantry, restrooms and parking
- LumeCrown Hall itself is not included. If it rains, you can move into the hall, when available, at the hall rate.
Both rentals include an on-site venue manager, trash bins and bags, and final cleaning after your event.

- Residence stay for up to 10, cleaning included
- Pickleball: two courts with paddles and balls
- Lawn games: cornhole, ladder toss, giant Jenga and giant Connect Four
- Décor and other rentals
Good to know
- Booking window: weekday dates anytime. Friday – Sunday dates open 3 months ahead.
- Food and drinks: not provided by the venue. You arrange your own catering and drinks.
- Setup and cleanup: your team sets up and puts away tables and chairs. Before you leave, remove your décor, clear food and drinks from the catering areas, and bag all trash.
- Insurance: if alcohol is served, event liability coverage with host liquor liability ($1M / $2M), naming Evergreen Farm at Rocky Creek as additional insured.
- Music ends by 10:00 PM.
